Controls Erosion in Concrete Walls and Ceilings

Solution Pack Erosion-1 (SP-E1) provides an eco-friendly, durable solution for repairing, protecting, and preventing erosion in concrete walls and ceilings.

Solution Results in Brief

The repaired concrete is as strong, if not stronger than the original. The protection layer withstands extreme impact forces and chemical spillage. Most importantly, an erosion-retardant material provides long-term protection against future erosion.

  • MCN, or Metal Corrosion Neutralizer
A protective coating designed specifically for steel rebars. It forms a durable barrier around the rebars, effectively preventing oxides and chlorides from reaching the metal surface, halting further corrosion of the rebar.

CEN, or Concrete Erosion Neutralizer, after being applied to the concrete surface, self-permeates 70mm-90mm into the concrete, reducing the chloride levels by over 50%, and providing a rust-protection layer on the steel rebars.

CMB, or Concrete & Metal Binder
Delivers two distinct benefits: Strong adhesion of new filled concrete with original concrete, and provides a solidified protective layer over the entire concrete surface.

    1. MCN, or Metal Corrosion Neutralizer is applied on exposed steel rebars resulting from concrete breakage. It self-permeates the concrete surrounding the rebar effectively sealing it from exposure to corrosion causes.

    2. CMB, or Concrete & Metal Bonder is applied over the surface of erosion-created holes in the concrete, ensuring strong adhesion to newly added filling concrete.

    3. CEN, or Concrete Erosion Neutralizer is applied on the entire concrete surface and self-permeates 70mm-100mm into the concrete, reducing chloride levels by over 50%.

    4. CMB, or Concrete & Metal Bonder is applied on the entire treated concrete surface providing an effective protection and bonding layer. Most often, a decorative top coat is applied on the CMB layer.

All products used in SP-E1 are produced in the USA.

Controls Erosion in Concrete Walls and Ceilings Affected by Water Seepage

Solution Pack Erosion-1W (SP-E1W) provides an eco-friendly, durable solution for repairing, protecting, and preventing erosion in concrete walls and ceilings caused by water/moisture seepage from behind the surface.

Solution Results in Brief

The repaired concrete is as strong, if not stronger than the original. The protection layer withstands extreme impact forces and chemical spillage.

Most importantly, a water-blocking material self-permeates deep into the concrete sealing off water/moisture from seeping in from behind, while an erosion-retardant material provides durable protection against future erosion.

  • MCN, or Metal Corrosion Neutralizer
A protective coating designed specifically for steel rebars. It forms a durable barrier around the rebars, effectively preventing oxides and chlorides from reaching the metal surface, halting further corrosion of the rebar.

CEN, Concrete Erosion Neutralizer, after being applied to the concrete surface, self-permeates 70mm-90mm into the concrete, reducing the chloride levels by over 50%, and providing a rust-protection layer on the steel rebars.
    RWB, or Reverse Water Barrier
Applied to concrete surfaces, penetrating 70mm-100mm into the material. Its unique pore-sealing ability forms a barrier that prevents water from infiltrating the concrete in reverse.

CMB, or Concrete & Metal Binder
Plays a dual role: Provides powerful adhesion between newly added and old concrete;  After application on the entire refurbished wall or ceiling it strengthens the surface layer of the concrete offering additional protection.

    1. MCN, or Metal Corrosion Neutralizer, is applied on exposed steel rebars resulting from concrete breakage. It self-permeates concrete surrounding the rebar, effectively sealing it from exposure to corrosion causes.

    2. CMB, or Concrete & Metal Bonder, is applied on the inner cavity of holes created by erosion, enabling strong adhesion to newly added filling concrete.

    3. CEN, or Concrete Erosion Neutralizer, is applied on the entire concrete surface and self-permeates 70mm-100mm into the concrete, reducing chloride levels by over 50% and protecting steel rebars from future corrosion.

    4. RWB, or Reverse Water Barrier, is spray-applied on the wall or ceiling, and then self-permeates 70mm-100mm into the concrete. Its unique pore-sealing ability forms a barrier that prevents water from infiltrating from behind the surface (the reverse side).

    5. CMB, or Concrete & Metal Bonder, is applied on the concrete surface strengthening the surface layer of the concrete. In most cases, a decorative coating is applied on the CMB layer.

All products used in SP-E1W are produced in the USA.
